Recently Phoenix, Arizona and the state of Arizona was under 4 days of no-stop rain which is unheard of here. They stopped airplanes coming into Sky Harbor airport/closed major freeways heading north as well as East & West to leave the state due to rain/winds/snow/ice danger this is a local park in Peoria, AZ this is a picture of the water Retention (over flow) from up north flowing down here. This area usually only contains a trickle of water.
