Day 15-30 April
- Walk 1.0 MILE/30 mins on treadmill 5 days a week
- Exercise machines 5 days a week
- Daily stretch routine
- Walk 2 days a week at WORK
- Walk .80 MILE/20 mins on treadmill 5 days
- Added stationary biking 10 mins/2 miles
- Exercise machines-free weight 5 days a week
- Daily stretch routine
- Walk 2 days a week at WORK
